Purchasing products covered by a warranty can help to ensure your peace of mind. All of our customers will get a one year service & spare parts warranty from the date of invoice. But our warranty policy will not be applicable if products are damaged or broken by customers. After one year of purchasing, customers will get after-sales service officially with a service charge.
The servicing process may take 7-10 working days, depending on the product type.
To claim warranty service, customers must show proper documents like invoices, warranty cards, purchase orders, etc.
Warranty policy will not be applicable if products are installed wrongly.
If any additional parts are required to fully ensure the functionality of the product, then a particular charge has to be paid by the customer in advance through bKash/Cash, by contacting Gazi Home Appliance. It will be the same after one year of purchasing with a warranty card.
This warranty policy does not replace the Guarantee, it means that the customer will ask for servicing of the product and we will provide a service like repair and replacement whenever needed.
