Delivery Policy:

Gazi Home Appliance offers the doorway for everybody to online shopping bins all over Bangladesh. Our dedicated team works round the clock professionally to ensure doorstep delivery on the scheduled time. We process all deliveries with standard packaging through a trusted courier service company as well as our in-house delivery Channel. We deliver Gazi Home Appliance Products all over Bangladesh. Delivery charged for a particular product is mentioned in product details.

The delivery time frame is only subject to estimation, consideration & calculation of the announced time frame as working days. After confirming the order, the customer can get standard delivery within 3 to 7 working days. The working day will be calculated from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM excluding government/public holidays.

Delivery might take longer due to inevitable accident events such as national/public holidays/official holiday(s), pandemics, etc.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We provide a great customer experience for online shopping. We offer a Replacement & Exchange facility if the product has a defect from its manufacturer or if the product is not the same as the customer ordered.

The product must be checked after receiving and in case of any mismatch/faults, please contact our support team within 24 hours. (Conditions applied). Only faulty/mistaken products can be returned.

         1. The product must include the original tag, user manual, warranty card, and parts which must be kept with the product. 

         2. If the customer violated any condition, the authority reserves all the right to cancel the refund/exchange service against the specific product.

         3. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please send it right away with our delivery man.

We offer to take back the product from your doorstep into Dhaka metro. If doorstep is not possible please book your product by courier to our Office Address (37/2, Pritom Jaman Tower (Level-15), Bir Protik Gazi Dastagir Road, Purana Palton, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh)

*** ‘‘Product Replacement” will not be covered if the product is burnt, damaged by a short circuit, broken by a customer, or damaged while in use by the customer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Gazi Home Appliance support team can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped We do charge a delivery fee for canceling an order.

The refund process will be initiated after receiving the products from our warehouse. The refund process starts as per the following return type.

1. Refunds from Return- Processing time will be counted within 48 hours after receiving products
2.  If we approve your request from our end,  it takes an average of 8 -10 days for the    bank to process the transaction.

Warranty Policy

Purchasing a product covered by a warranty can help ensure your peace of mind. All of our customers will be entitled to get one year’s service including all spare parts from the date of invoice. Our warranty policy does not include damages or broken products by customers. Warranty service will cover all kinds of damage or be limited to specific defects. After one year customers will get after-sales service officially with payment.


  • The servicing process may take 7-10 working days, depending on the product type.

  • To claim warranty service customers must show proper documents like invoices, purchase orders, etc.

  • Warranty policy will not be covered if you can’t install the product by proper guidelines

This warranty does not replace the guarantee, Which means that the customer can request to repair the product, or replace it if repair is not a viable option
